'Stay Calm and Smile On" - Creating Stellar Service for Your Patients

Every single person in your dental practice plays a vital role in helping create a happy, productive, thriving workplace - and, in improving the bottom line of the business.  That is, IF they embrace the idea of bringing the absolute BEST version of themselves to the team every single day.  Because the truth is that who they ARE and how they show up, has a direct impact on the quality of their work, how easy or challenging they are to work with and whether or not patients want to stay or go.

In this fun, information-packed, fast paces workshop, attendees will learn how every team member in the office can take 100% responsibility for creating a one-of-a-kind brilliant experience for each patient who comes through the door.  The kind of positive and happy encounter that makes people want to scream your praises to anyone who will listen and be your loyal patient for life.

The workshop is divided into 3 topic areas: A) The Art of Creating Stellar Service.  B) Dealing With Difficult People. C) Effectively Dealing with Change and Challenge.

Learning Objectives:

- How to create a positive, memorable experience for every person who enters your office.

- 3 human commonalities that they must know before they interact with anyone.

- The number one thing people will ALWAYS remember about their encounter with them.

- How to deal with chronically cranky, negative, complaining people in a way that reduces tension and stress and creates positive outcomes.

- How to move a person who is prejudging ("Well, the OTHER dentist I went to didn't do it this way!")  to one who is open and willing to hear what they have to say.

- The #1 thing most people do automatically (many times a day) that can take them to the breaking point - and how to stop it.

- Why change is resisted so fiercely - and what they have to do in order to see possibilities rather than obstacles.

- "Killer Phrases" - what they are and why they must be eliminated.

Join us in Bermuda

Bermuda is just 600 miles off the coast of North Carolina and less than two hours by air from most major East Coast cities. Our island paradise is warmed by the gulf stream and protected by barrier reefs. Bermuda combines the charming sophistication of a British Colony with the relaxed atmosphere and warmth of a tropical paradise. It offers the opportunity to enjoy many island activities: Beautiful beaches, golf, tennis, scuba diving, snorkeling, shopping, fishing, and more!
