Refund requests for the 2019 conference must be made in writing to The Bermuda Dental Conference on or prior to August 31st, 2019. A 75% refund of the Conference and workshops registration fees shall be given for cancellations received on or prior to August 31st, 2019. No refunds shall be made after August 31st, 2019. No refunds shall be made to individuals who attend a portion of the conference. No refunds shall be made for cancellations due to inclement weather. If The Bermuda Dental Conference must cancel the conference in its entirety due to circumstances beyond their control (including but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, failure of transportation, accidents, fires, electrical failures, strikes, labor disputes, postal delays, explosions, and government orders or regulations), The Bermuda Dental Conference may refund the appropriate registration fees to conference registrants; no refunds shall be made for travel expenses related to the conference. Attendees who purchase non-refundable airline tickets do so at their own risk.
